Parents of Foster-Glocester pupils attending non-public schools who wish to borrow Science, Mathematics, Foreign Language, English/Language Arts, and History/Social Studies textbooks for the 2026-27 school year must complete this form and email a copy to [email protected] by June 30, 2026.
The following information must be provided for each book ordered:

Textbooks borrowed from previous years must be returned before new orders can be processed. State-issued ID's are required. We no longer accept requests via mail. New 2026-27 textbooks requests must be collected in person by a responsible parent or guardian due to identification and signature requirements.
